Shipping:
In stock items will be shipped on the third business day after the order is placed. Customer will be notified by e-mail of any item that is out of stock at time of order, along with estimated stock date. Due to size, all arbors, pergolas and gates, and most deer control fences are shipped via common carrier. Items are shipped UPS whenever possible.

Cancellations:
Customers have 24 hours in which to cancel an order. To cancel, e-mail us at onlinesales@waysidefence.com and include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered. We will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail within 1 business day to confirm that the order was successfully cancelled.

Refused Shipments:
We will not refund shipping charges on orders that are refused at time of delivery where a shipping expense has been incurred by us. An additional charge for the shipping fee back to us will also be added to our total shipping charges and will not be refunded

Contact Us:
If you feel that a shipment is not acceptable, call us immediately at 1-800-847-7789. In the case of damaged merchandise, these shipping charges will be waived, if a successful claim can be filed against the shipper with your assistance.
